Return Policy
At PokeeVenture, we always strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process to ensure you're taken care of.
You can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original condition. The items should be in the original packaging, and all tags and labels should be intact. We will also need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
To begin the return process, simply contact our customer service team at pokeventure2025@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and let us know why you'd like to return the item. We’ll guide you through the process and, in many cases, provide a return shipping label.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to the original payment method you used at checkout. This process usually takes a few days, but it may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
