Returning an item is simple! Just reach out to our customer support team at pokeventure2025@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll guide you through the process. If everything checks out, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and you can send the item back to us.

We do our best to process orders quickly, but if you need to make any changes or cancel, please reach out to us right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to help you out. Once it’s been shipped, we can’t make changes, but you can always return the item once it arrives.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll get an email confirming everything. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? No problem — just contact us, and we’ll make sure your order is good to go!

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package’s journey via the carrier’s website. If you have trouble tracking it, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We only sell 100% authentic cards. All of our products come directly from reputable distributors, so you can trust that you’re getting the real deal. If you ever have concerns about authenticity, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We sell both individual cards and booster packs. Whether you’re looking for a specific card to complete your deck or want to try your luck with a booster pack, we have something for every type of player.

Many cards have rarity levels marked by set symbols or specific card numbers. If you’re unsure about the value of a card, you can check the market prices on sites like TCGPlayer or contact us for more information. We also regularly update our inventory with high-demand and rare cards!

To keep your cards in great condition, store them in protective sleeves or top loaders and avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or humidity. We also recommend keeping them in a binder or a safe box to protect them from bending or scratches.

We restock popular TCG cards regularly, but some high-demand cards may sell out quickly. If you're looking for a specific card, we recommend checking back often or setting up an alert if available.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Typically, domestic orders take 5-7 business days to arrive. International shipments may take longer due to customs processing. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey!

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress. If you have any issues or can’t find your tracking number, let us know, and we’ll help you out.

Currently, we don’t offer the option to choose a specific delivery date. However, you can select expedited shipping if you need your order faster. Once shipped, you’ll be able to track the delivery to get a better idea of when it will arrive.
